As a Recruiter, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting various clients and candidates. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build relationships, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Cookeville, TN

Pay Range: Competitive salary based on experience

What's the Job?

• Identify, assess, place, and manage a diverse talent portfolio of associates and professionals.
• Develop relationships with hiring managers to secure future and expanded opportunities.
• Source and attract candidates using various methods such as job postings and social media.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.
• Engage with community partners and attend local networking events to broaden brand exposure.

What's Needed?

• 1+ year of experience in recruiting, customer service, or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional customer service and computer skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable being on the phone all day
• Experience with interviewing and hiring candidates
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus.
