Responsibilities:
As a Home Instead Care Professional, you will:
Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with seniors
Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
Assist with medication reminders and appointment scheduling
Support seniors with grooming, bathing, toileting, and managing incontinence issues
Key Qualities We Seek:
Ability to treat seniors and their belongings with dignity and respect
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
Completion of a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screening
A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required, as driving is an essential part of the position
Requirements:
No prior experience necessary – we provide comprehensive skills training!
Complete registration on the Home Care Aide Registry, pass fingerprint clearance, obtain TB clearance, and undergo drug testing before employment
Compensation Range:
We offer competitive hourly rates ranging from $16.50 to $20.50.
