Title: Office Manager

Location : Los Angeles, CA (On-site, 5 days/week)

Reports to : CFO (Austin, TX)

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Management: Own day-to-day LA office operations, including vendors, supplies, facilities, IT coordination, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Finance & Admin Support: Assist with billing, expenses, payroll coordination, reporting, and intercompany processes between the U.S. parent and UK/Singapore subsidiaries.
  • People Operations & Culture: Support onboarding/offboarding, employee benefits administration, time tracking, HR policy compliance, recruiting coordination (including candidate screenings), and team events.
  • Executive Support: Provide scheduling, travel, and project support to senior leaders.
  • Global Coordination: Partner with team members across Austin, London, and Singapore to ensure smooth operations worldwide.

About You

  • 3+ years of office management or administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable supporting finance processes (invoicing, reconciliations, reporting).
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or Expensify a plus.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and confident working with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Eligible to work in the USA; on-site in LA 5 days/week, with flexibility to adjust hours to support UK and Singapore time zones.
