Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role is essential in driving Conairs digital presence, enhancing customer engagement, and generating high-quality leads through strategic digital campaigns. You will be responsible for developing creative assets that communicate our brand message, support sales initiatives, and elevate our customer experience. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and will be located at our Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, location.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Digital Campaigns & Advertising: Plan, create, and execute paid search, display, social media, and retargeting campaigns. Monitor and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other industry platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Design & Content Creation: Coordinate and develop a wide range of visual materials for use across digital platforms (social media, website, email, digital ads), including video and print media (brochures, product sheets, trade show displays) that align with brand guidelines.
  • Brand Stewardship: Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all customer touchpoints.
  • User Experience (UX) Considerations: Design digital assets with an understanding of layout, hierarchy, and responsiveness to optimize engagement.
  • Email Marketing & Automation: Plan, develop, and deploy campaigns, workflows, and segmentation in Marketing Cloud (or equivalent CRM/automation tool). And measure performance for suggested improvements.
  • Website & Sales Tools: Manage and support Conairs website and app with content updates and improvements to the user experience. Collaborate with SEO partners to improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversion rates. Monitor performance through Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.
  • Project Management: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Provide regular performance reports on campaigns, website traffic, and lead generation. Translate data into actionable insights for the marketing team to stay current on trends and identify opportunities.
  • Department Support: Assist the marketing team with administrative tasks, order fulfillment, and other cross-functional responsibilities as needed to support overall department goals.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or manufacturing.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for image and video-related projects (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere) and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO tools.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and working with web content management systems.
  • Design Expertise: Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of how design impacts marketing performance, user engagement, and brand perception.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Ability to clearly present ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, engineering, product management, and leadership.
