Your expertise in retail sales, merchandising, and product demonstrations will contribute to a positive shopping experience. As a Jewelry Consultant, you will play a key role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding jewelry that meets their needs and preferences.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of various jewelry items.
• Utilize innovative selling technologies and foster guest relationships with our unique platforms.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display to attract customers.
• Collaborate with your colleagues and gain the autonomy of scheduling your appointments.
• Be self-motivated to continuously learn new things daily.
• Willingness to share different perspectives and must be willing to give and take assistance from colleagues.
• Assist with stocking inventory and managing stock levels to ensure availability of products.
• Engage with customers over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Utilize basic math skills for retail math calculations related to sales, discounts, and inventory management.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
• Basic math skills necessary for handling cash transactions and performing retail math calculations.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
