Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end general ledger (GL) reconciliation process and governance strategy Manage and mentor a team of internal professionals and outsourced resources Drive automation and process efficiency using tools like BlackLine Ensure timely, accurate reconciliations with a focus on resolving discrepancies Oversee aged items, reserves, and write-offs in alignment with policy Maintain and improve reconciliation checklists, documentation, and metrics Partner with teams across operations, systems, and data to resolve issues Act as a key liaison for auditors, regulators, and executive stakeholders Requirements 10+ years in accounting in the financial services industry - ideally in a financial institution or a credit union Experience driving process implementations Experience with BlackLine - huge plus Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator 3+yrs in leadership preferred Robert Half Recruiting provided pay range: $110,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr with Annual Bonus .
