Job Title: Industrial Electrician and Lead Electrician

Location: Greater Montgomery, AL

Pay: $36–$43/hour

Shift: Day Shift with Overtime Available

Start Date: Immediate

Aerotek is seeking 2 Industrial Electricians and a Lead Electrician to support operations in a manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with strong electrical skills and a desire to grow within the industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
• Install and maintain wiring systems, conduit, and electrical panels
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and components
• Build and install control panels
• Pull wire and complete electrical installations according to code
• Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting

Required Skills:

• Wiring
• Conduit installation
• Schematic reading
• Electrical troubleshooting and repair
• Panel building
• Electrical system installation

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant electrical experience
• Industrial electrician experience preferred
• Degree in a related field is preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $43.00/hr.
