About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) to play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational management of its human resources across three divisions. The CPO will be a key member of the Executive Team, responsible for the overall strategy, performance, and development of the company's people and talent. This includes leading the HR business partner function, overseeing recruitment and hiring processes, and ensuring the implementation of standardized HR practices. The successful candidate will also be involved in change management, talent and performance systems, and will be expected to provide clear and concise communication at all levels, including to the Board of Directors. Candidates for the CPO position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a proven track record in HR leadership, particularly in a multi-site manufacturing environment. Essential qualifications include excellent leadership skills, a solid understanding of business planning and strategy, and the ability to manage and lead a team effectively. The role requires in-depth knowledge of HR management, including benefits strategy, change management, and employment legislation. The CPO will be expected to have strong communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills, and to be adept at developing and managing talent. Experience in M&A activities and a high level of financial acumen are also necessary.
