Position: Bilingual Associate Attorney (Spanish Required)
Location: Houston, TX (In-Person)
Firm: Nnabugwu Law Firm, PLLC
Practice Areas: Personal Injury | Civil Litigation | Immigration | Family Law

Position Overview

We are hiring a recently licensed Texas attorney who is fluent in Spanish and eager to build a legal career in a high-impact, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a quick thinker, strong communicator, and committed to providing high-quality legal support to a diverse client base. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of law with mentorship from experienced attorneys.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and assist with personal injury, immigration, civil, and family law cases
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Communicate regularly with clients, including conducting client intake and preparing them for proceedings
• Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Collaborate on case strategy and litigation timelines

Minimum Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
• Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written)
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Strong written and oral communication
• Commitment to ethical legal practice and client-focused representation
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a team-based culture
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment
