SALARY: $43.08 per hour
• 1.5x rate on Saturdays and 2.0x rate on Sundays & Holidays
SHIFT:
- Shifts are 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM, 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM, and 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM.
- Weekend availability must include 2 full weekends out of the month, on any of the shifts above, with preference for 10:30PM - 6:30AM and 6:30AM - 2:30PM.
- Would need to be available at least 1 week from 6 AM to 3 PM Monday – Friday for company onboarding.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain machinery, meeting maintenance requirements for 480-volt, 3-phase systems including single phase 120-volt systems.
- Support, troubleshoot, improve, and maintain high-speed production and packaging machinery.
- Responsible for programmable controllers and computer process controls.
- Ensure quality standards are met at all times.
- Holidays and weekends are also required.
- Cross-training opportunities available to maximize earnings and expand technical knowledge.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two year Associates Degree, technical certification, or equivalent industrial electrician work experience a plus.
- Minimum 3 years PLC programming and troubleshooting required.(Must skill)
- Minimum 3 years experience troubleshooting AC variable speed drives.(Must skill)
- 3 years of troubleshooting experience with automated machinery.
- Outstanding communication and team-orientation skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems, identify root causes (e.g. six sigma analysis) and propose and implement remedies.
- Knowledge of Servos and related controllers including hydraulic and pneumatic, temperature controls.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Application of high-level quality standards.
- Excellent Computer Skills
- Adhere to plant safety and 5S requirements; Complete assigned work efficiently and per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
