This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and collaborator who can balance multiple priorities, manage deadlines, and build trusted relationships both internally and externally. Location: In-office role in the Dallas, TX area. Job Responsibilities: Support the Real Estate Development team with project initiatives, forms, and system improvements. Manage and ensure accuracy of CRM/development databases, including project pipeline tracking. Monitor contracts, track balances, and provide timely updates to development managers. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure materials are prepared and delivered on schedule. Conduct competitive research and due diligence for development opportunities. Maintain project files in compliance with company standards. Prepare and distribute project status reports. Serve as a liaison with tenants, vendors, government agencies, and internal stakeholders. Support the organization and documentation of technical meetings and initiatives. Assist with invoice processing in coordination with Accounts Payable.
