We are a fun, fast-paced, high-producing real estate team seeking a real estate assistant who will effectively assist our agents and valued home buyers and sellers. Applicants should enjoy helping people and continually learning to streamline our processes. 

The ideal candidate should have real estate administration experience and a real estate license is preferred. Candidate must be a great communicator who is driven and highly detail-oriented. If this position interests you, start your application today!

Salary will depend on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist realtors in visiting properties, obtaining measurements and data for MLS input, and coordinating photography
  • Creation and management of MLS listing and social media
  • Follow up with agents regarding their showings of our listings
  • Weekly updates to homeowners regarding their showings and feedback from agents
  • Assisting with cothe ordination of marketing and social media
  • General office administrative duties
Qualifications:
  • Must have a residential real estate license
  • Experience with CVRMLS and Transaction Desk
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Publisher, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Must have good judgment and ability to work independently
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
