Project Manager - Multifamily Construction

What You Will Be Doing

We are seeking a new Project Manager that brings experience with the renovation, and new ground up of Multifamily Projects. This individual will report to The Sr PM and Project Executive, and must have experience managing a team of: APMs, Project Engineers, Project Admins, Internal Staff, ect... Project sizes ranging anywhere from $10 - $100M.

What You Need for this Position

At least 5 - 7 years experience:

- As a Project Manager or APM
- Software: Vista Viewpoint is preferred
- Procore (5 - 10 Years)
- New Ground Up
- Renovation
- Multifamily Projects
- Condos / Townhome Projects
- Student Housing
- Sr Living / Independent Living
- Garden Style Walk Up
- Light Commercial Projects
- Projects Ranging from $10 - $100M
- Experience Managing a Team of Assistants, and Internal Support Staff What's In It for You

- Salary: $120 - $140K Base
