Responsibilities for Project Manager:

• Developing and maintaining production plan for single family build-to-rent projects.
• Recruiting, hiring, and training of production crews and hourly employees, handling all personnel issues.
• Assist in developing additional future projects.
• Communicate and reinforce the corporate vision at JPI Electric LLC.
• Developing new and existing business to its full potential and delivering customer and contract satisfaction.
• Keeping cost of goods and payroll within budget.
• Assist with accounts receivable if necessary.
• Carry out other duties as defined by immediate supervisor within the capabilities of the jobholder.

Qualifications for Project Manager:

• 3-year experience in a management capacity
• Minimum Residential Wireman Electrical license (required)
• Will manage subordinate supervisors and sub-contractors
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, written)
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret electrical plans
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, staff, customers, and the general public
