Production Artist

We are seeking a Production Artist to join our busy production team, supporting high-volume, quick-turn creative updates primarily for retail and large-format graphic projects. This traditional production role focuses on working with existing creative assets, handling revisions, and preparing files for print and digital execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and manage a steady flow of creative briefs, delivering production-ready files efficiently.
• Update existing designs including logo swaps, typography adjustments, layout refinements, and signage preparation.
• Typeset, format, and assemble production files tailored for large-format and retail environments.
• Ensure all files meet print and fabrication specifications for flawless production execution.
• Use SketchUp to create3D visualizations and production layouts as needed.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and designers to deliver accurate, quick-turn work.
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts and projects.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3+ experience as a Production Artist in retail, large-format graphics, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience using SketchUp for environmental or display mockups.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to manage multiple briefs simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Reliable, self-sufficient, and able to start quickly with minimal supervision.
• Candidates must provide their own laptop.
• Must be local to Portland for meetings and team collaboration
