We serve multi-family properties across Long Island and specialize in turnkey apartment services, clubhouse maintenance, and commercial painting.
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and grow into a leadership role. Youll work directly with the owner and office manager to streamline field operations, coordinate schedules, communicate with crews and clients, and contribute to the growth of our business.
This is an ideal role for a recent graduate who is motivated, organized, and ready to grow with a company that values hustle, integrity, and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with scheduling and coordinating daily field operations
Communicate with staff, clients, and vendors (phone/email/text)
Prepare proposals, estimates, and work orders
Help maintain order in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment
Learn the business side of operations from the ground up
Qualifications:
Fluent in Spanish and English (Required)
Bachelors Degree (any discipline) or equivalent experience
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Quick learner with a proactive mindset
Willingness to grow within the company and take on responsibility
Valid drivers license is a plus!
