Looking for a stable career with room to grow? Anchor Packaging is hiring Material Handlers / Forklift Drivers for our Paragould Plant. We offer direct hire positions , weekly pay , and no history of layoffs or cutbacks since the early 1960s.

We’re currently hiring for 12-hour day and night shifts (4 shifts one week, 3 the next). Day shift hours are 7PM to 7PM and Night shift hours are 7 PM – 7 AM. Receive an extra $0.75/hour shift differential when working between 7PM and 7AM.

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
• Move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility
• Load/unload trucks and restock materials
• Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate counts
• Conduct basic equipment maintenance and follow all safety procedures

• Forklift certification required
• Minimum 1 year of forklift and warehouse/manufacturing experience
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Basic math, reading, writing, and computer skills
• Valid state-issued driver’s license preferred
• Career Readiness Certificate preferred

• Safety Sensitive Position under Arkansas’s Medicinal Marijuana Provisions
• Drug screen and background check required
