Key Responsibilities:

 

• Provide exceptional customer service in a warm, welcoming environment
• Build strong, trusting relationships with customers and teammates
• Assist with sales of fine jewelry, engagement rings, watches, and more
• Accurately operate POS systems and handle transactions
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise displays, and inventory accuracy
• Stay informed about current product lines and new arrivals
• Meet or exceed sales goals with professionalism and integrity
• ***We also value creativity—if you enjoy making Instagram Reels, TikToks, or other social media content, that’s a big plus, but not required

• Following up with clients; Managing and updating our CRM system

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

• Retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Jewelry experience (highly preferred, but not required)
• Comfortable using computers, POS systems, CRMs, and basic tech tools
• Outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Sales Media Experience

 

Pay:

• Starting at $20/hr+ based on experience, with bonus potential. Open to negotiation
