Executive Search Consultant Specialty Chemicals & Advanced Materials

The Role:

• Client Engagement: Build and manage a portfolio of clients. Understand their hiring needs and act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Talent Acquisition: Identify, source, and recruit top-tier candidates through strategic methods including cold calling, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure lasting success and repeat business.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in a science-related field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Engineering).
• Professional background in the Specialty Chemicals or Plastics industry .
• Strong sales acumen and/or experience in high-volume phone-based roles.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Must be based in or willing to commute to our Atlanta, GA office.
