Overview:
Are you eager to kickstart a career within the automotive industry? We are looking for a highly motivated Entry-Level BDR to join our team in Dayton, OH. This role focuses on high-volume communication with potential sellers, building relationships, and driving growth through consistent outreach. If you're ready to engage with prospects and help build our inventory through strong communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with a large volume of potential sellers to introduce our services and acquire vehicle inventory.
  • Conduct high-touch outreach through calls, emails, and other channels to generate interest and schedule appointments.
  • Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture relationships and move them through the business development process.
  • Assist in coordinating vehicle assessments and scheduling meetings with sellers.
  • Collaborate with the dealership team to ensure our inventory meets customer demand.
  • Maintain organized records of outreach efforts, prospect interactions, and follow-up activities.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
  • Goal-oriented and driven by achieving targets.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop new skills.
  • No prior automotive experience required – comprehensive training provided!
  • Experience in business development, customer service, or similar roles is a plus, but not required.
