Aerotek is Hiring Electronic Technicians – Advanced Optoelectronics | Allentown, PA

Shift Options: 2nd (3pm–11pm) or 3rd (11pm–7am) | Shift Differential: 10–15%

What You’ll Do

• Assemble and test complex optoelectronic systems to ensure top-tier performance at customer sites.
• Conduct system-level staging tests across multiple products.
• Develop troubleshooting guides and support root cause analysis for field and component-level failures.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve yields and throughput.
• Maintain cleanroom standards and follow GMP practices to ensure product integrity.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as an Electronics Technician with strong soldering and assembly skills.
• Expertise in optical manufacturing and cleanroom operations.
• Detail-oriented with excellent fine motor skills and the ability to follow complex instructions.
• Proficiency with MS Windows ,MS Office, and familiarity with telecom systems is a plus.
• Adaptability and a proactive mindset in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $29.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
