Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Part Time
Job Family: Marketing Department
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Status Part-Time
About Us:
Ready to take your digital skills and make them shine brighter than a Beaches tan? We're on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Specialist who loves mixing creativity with strategy and wants to see their campaigns actually make waves.
At Beaches, we don't just run ads, we create digital fun that pulls people in. From Meta Ads that stop the scroll to YouTube videos, Pinterest inspiration, and everything in between, your work will help fuel our growth and keep our brand as bold and bright as our vibes.
This is an in-office role (because collaboration is more fun when we're together), and you'll be part of our energetic Marketing Team. If you're the kind of person who geeks out over ad performance, loves testing new ideas, and gets a rush out of seeing big results, we want you on our crew.
What You'll Be Doing:
· Meta Advertising (Primary Focus): Create, launch, and optimize high-performing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), including Ads Manager and Business Suite management.
· Implement, monitor, and analyze Meta Pixel and Conversions API for accurate tracking and optimization.
· Manage budgets, bid strategies, audience targeting, retargeting, and creative testing to maximize ROI.
· Stay up to date on Meta advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.
· Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Pinterest, and other relevant digital platforms.
· Develop targeting strategies, monitor performance, and adjust campaigns to meet KPIs.
· Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually engaging and platform-optimized assets.
· Assist with special digital marketing projects and campaigns as they arise, helping the team stay flexible and seize new opportunities.
· Support email and SMS campaigns, blog posts, SEO optimization, and digital content creation.
What You'll Bring:
· 2+ years running digital campaigns (extra high-five if Meta Ads are your jam).
· Comfortable with Ads Manager, Business Suite, and all the analytics that go with it.
· A sharp eye for detail and a love for testing, analyzing, and improving campaigns.
· Great communication skills (because marketing is a team sport).
· A curious, adaptable, "let's try it" mindset.
· Bonus points if you've dabbled in WordPress, influencer collabs, ManyChat, or Canva/Adobe.
· Schedule may occasionally require early mornings, evenings, or weekends (events).
Perks:
· Free UV/Spa services and discounted spray tanning ($7 - $10)
· 30% product discount
· Leadership development from experienced mentors
· Career growth with a company that promotes from within
