Phoenix, AZ Industry veteran Bob Falk has been selected to join the expanding, best-in-class team of professionals at DDJ Myers , the well-known leadership development firm and ALM First Company. He will serve as an Executive Search Consultant and brings over 30 years of experience within the credit union ecosystem to his new role.

He knows the industry extremely well through his years at CUNA Mutual Group, as CEO of Purdue Federal Credit Union, and more.
Most recently, Falk served as President & CEO of Purdue Federal Credit Union, retiring after dedicating 22 years to the cooperative. Throughout his career, hes also held executive-level positions at University of Colorado Federal Credit Union, now Elevations Credit Union, and at CUNA Mutual Group.
I watched the DDJ Myers CEO search process in my organization, and I really liked the steps they took to fully determine the needs of the organization before going to market to search for candidates. I am looking forward to helping financial institutions determine their needs and finding candidates that align with those needs, says Falk.
Well known for his extensive community and industry involvement, Falk has personally been honored with the 2022 Purdue University Mentorship Award and the 2023 Indiana League Professional of the Year Award. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from University of Wisconsin Madison.
He and his wife, Laura, will celebrate 30 years of marriage this summer and are the proud parents of two adult children. In his free time, Falk enjoys a full range of both watersports and winter sports such as snowboarding and snowmobiling along with biking and mountain biking, car restoration and collecting, golf and tennis.
