About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) to join its Executive Team. The CPO will be responsible for leading a team that is dedicated to creating a workplace where talented individuals can thrive and contribute to the long-term success of the organization. This role involves implementing and managing HRIS systems and processes that support thoughtful recruitment, data analysis, and the overall employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep belief in the importance of people to the business, a strong understanding of HR best practices, and a commitment to ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Key responsibilities for the CPO include creating career pathways, designing values-aligned compensation and benefits, and maintaining a high level of employee retention. The successful candidate will also be tasked with leading organizational development initiatives, succession planning, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. A Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred, along with at least 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience. The role demands a proven track record in negotiating employee benefits, experience in team building, and strong analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making. The CPO will be expected to empower front-line managers, oversee employee relations, and ensure a human-centered approach to all people strategies.
