This is a ground-floor opportunity , offering not only competitive pay—$74,880 to $112,985—but also flexible hours , tremendous growth , and the chance to shape a future-forward organization. Responsibilities We’re looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master’s degree in an appropriate field and active certification through the BACB. While five years of experience is preferred, we are eager to meet professionals who bring energy, insight, and commitment to excellence in the field of Autism services. If you’ve been searching for a role that allows you to truly make a difference, you’ve found it.

As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst here, you won’t just provide services—you’ll be part of a team that pushes the standard of care higher for individuals with Autism . Your voice will be heard. Your growth will be supported. And your work will leave a lasting impact. Whether you’re in the clinic, a client’s home, or working remotely, your contribution as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst will shape the lives of the families we serve.
We believe in giving our team the tools, training, and trust they need to succeed. As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with us, you’ll be empowered to do your best work—and be recognized for it. From day one, you’ll be a part of something bigger: a team that is transforming the way the world sees Autism . Required Skills
